1 About ThinkQuest India

ThinkQuest India is an online educational assessment and gamified learning platform designed to help children aged 6–16 years develop future-ready skills through quizzes, challenges, rankings, badges, and educational content.

Our platform is intended for educational and skill-development purposes only.

2 Eligibility

• Users below the age of 18 should access the platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate.
• By registering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to create the account.

3 User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure.
• Providing accurate information.
• Updating account details when necessary.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

ThinkQuest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

4 Educational Purpose

ThinkQuest assessments are designed to measure various future skills including, but not limited to:

• Emotional Intelligence
• Environmental Awareness
• Problem Solving
• Decision Making
• Digital Literacy

Scores, badges, rankings, and reports are intended solely as educational indicators and should not be considered official academic certifications.

5 Rewards, Badges & Rankings

ThinkQuest may award:

• Digital Badges
• Certificates
• XP Points
• Leaderboard Rankings
• Challenge Rewards
• Promotional Gifts

ThinkQuest reserves the right to:

• Modify reward structures.
• Change leaderboard calculations.
• Cancel or replace rewards.
• Disqualify users found violating platform rules.

Rewards have no monetary value unless explicitly stated.

6 Fair Play Policy

Users must not:

• Cheat during assessments.
• Use automated software or bots.
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Manipulate rankings.
• Share answers publicly during active competitions.

Violation may result in:

• Score cancellation
• Badge removal
• Suspension
• Permanent account termination

7 Content Ownership

All platform content, including questions, images, graphics, videos, logos, badges, reports and educational materials is the intellectual property of ThinkQuest India unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

8 User Content

Users may submit profile photos, comments, feedback and competition entries. By submitting content, users grant ThinkQuest a non-exclusive license to display and use such content for platform-related purposes.

Users must not upload content that is offensive, illegal, copyright-infringing, harmful or misleading.

9 Privacy

Your use of ThinkQuest is governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect user information and comply with applicable data protection laws.

10 Payments

For paid subscriptions or purchases:

• Prices are displayed before payment.
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
• Access begins after successful payment confirmation.

ThinkQuest reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

11 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Competition registrations are non-refundable after confirmation.
• Refunds for duplicate or failed transactions will be processed after verification.

18 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

19 Changes to These Terms

ThinkQuest may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
